This theater class introduces children to the beauty of Persian language and culture through play, imagination, and performance. Each session blends theater games, storytelling, and improvisation to create a fun and engaging learning experience. As children act out scenes, move their bodies, and invent stories together, they naturally explore Persian words and expressions. Activities like role-switching, improv skits, and rhythm-based group games help them build confidence, creativity, and teamwork.
The course includes 10 weekly sessions (1.5 hours each), along with five mandatory 1-hour weekday practices beginning mid-term (potentially Thursdays at 6:30 PM) to prepare for the final performance.
Students start by developing stage presence through body and voice exercises, then gradually move into character work and more structured theater activities. In the final weeks, they create short performances inspired by their own ideas and experiences.
The program concludes with a student performance showcasing their growth and creativity.
